It annoys and almost disturbs me that her role was so small and short in ME3, she's not seen beyond the Mars Mission.

Given how EDI controlled the body, I feel it's extremely possible that EVA was also remotely controlling the body or at least uploaded herself somewhere else when Shepard disabled the body.

She did just kinda disappear, didn't she. I imagine her and EDI had a nice little cyber war when the Normandy's power started going batcrap crazy

Lame." then she grew on me.

You know they walked a really fine line with EDI's awakening there. That was almost really corny, but it ended up being cool. I think it's one of the things BW did really well in this game.
