The front view looks like Keanu Reaves. The expression seams straight from the matrix so maybe that's what's pushing me in that direction. It is a distinct look and I will probably kick myself when I hear it.

edit: actually, after looking at more photos of Keanu Reeves, I'm more convinced its him.  Except for the hooked nose which Reeves doesn't seem to have.  But the bottom lip looks a lot like his from the side.

I wan't to say Kate Beckinsale, but the blue eyes is throwing me.  She looks extremely familiar though.

rofl @ Keanu Reeves.... I can't ever get the front angle to look quite right, even when I have the side one perfect---I should have stuck with just the profile. But yeah, I can see Keanu in there, mostly cuz of the hair I think. ^^

Silent Protagonist got it right, it's Alan Rickman (seen as Snape).

Damn! I had really hoped it was more obvious. XD  ...back to the drawing board!

For the Alan Rickman, can you move the mouth down any further? Also maybe make the nose longer if it'll go. I'm amazed at the good job on the bumpy nose.
