That's what people thought in that other thread also. Looks like this wins the best likeness yet award so far.

It looks kinda like a cross between Johnny Depp and Keanu Reaves. But it's probably one of those new celebs that;s younger than my youngest...Twitchmonkey wrote...

Probably not, since there is no canon Shepard.droid88 wrote...
Just asking if anyone going to make a canon male Commander Shepard from Mass Effect for this game?
Just to be technical.

Not who I was going for, but I definitely see the likeness. I actually think I did this one pretty well considering the tools I have to use, but the face I was going for is kind of unique. I'll give it a little more time before I reveal what I was going for.

I'll have to sleep on that one, but I'm curious. Its definitely a distinc look. I'm sure I'll go "of course" when I hear the name.

Here's another one to add to that Fringe collection. Again, this is one that was not modelled after anyone (that I know of) and was created by Phrontistes.Eoweth wrote...

I was going for Steve Buscemi.
@Eoweth: Not bad, but she has a more feminine and attractive appearance than the celebrity reference.

lol.. oh okay. I'm not sure the CC has that level of ugliness incorperated into it. In his case, the teeth unmake the man.

Yeah, there were a lot of things I would have liked to have been able to do, but the primary feature I found lacking for making Buscemi was eye wrnkiling, the man has more eye wrinkles than a a 200-year old sherpa.

I know I love the movie. The problem is the dao cc isn't as detailed as mass effects and I tried to get as close to my reference as possible and I can only do so much I wanted to make his face shorter and be able to change his lips anlong with some better facial hair that doesn't mess up the face.
