Who Wants an Optional Happy ending?

So long as I can have the option to do all of them.
Seriously Shepard's death scene from ME2 that I purposefully got one time was probably thr most beautiful thing I've ever seen. But only because I got my whole squad out alive ob another playthrough.

The idea is that the "Cinderella" ending would only be one of the possible endings. Why would you oppose this? You can still have your no hope ending as well. At least try to be reasonable.
I'm a Rager from Mass Effect 1 when Bioware told us to go F*** Yourself when one of the Renegade Options should be Shepherd Indoctrinated.
Thank you Bioware for getting Shepherd indoctrinated finally!!!!!!
So now you know what it feels like.

Especially if this new ending took notice of my ME1+ME2+ME3 romance with Liara (duh!) and provide ANY comment or reward on that.

in this optional happy ending shepard lives, it would show reconstruction on everyworld, and shepard with his love interest and his/her children (where applicable), and perhaps shepard will FINALLY get the recognistion he/she deserves! maybe that apology the council owes you! that interview with EMILY WONG that was promised in ME1!
HOWEVER you would have to make all the paragon choices in order to get this ending! achieve all of the good outcomes!
Like Mass Effect 2 you can die... depending on the choices made and upgrades acquired.
Dont care about happy or sad, just want an ending that my previous choices mattered AND made sense in context.

This. If my Shepard works their ass off to get the highest EMS possible, I think I deserve a happy ending.Sywen wrote...

The ending should have been like the ending of ME2, the effort put in reflects the return.
Yes your EMS can effect some things like Earth being destroyed but....how? How does having a bigger fleet translate into the shock wave working differently?

A sad ending would be fine.
A Grimdark ending would be fine.
As long as it's an actual sensical ending, it's fine. That's the big thing we're lacking.

I want to be able to feel the rewards of uniting the galaxy. More than a 3 second long look at Shepard's (last?) breath.
I want to not have the galactic community royally screwed over.
I want to have lots of little blue children with Liara/Build Tali's house on Rannoch/whatever else LIs want.

Ignore the haters, an extra ending, one that's happy, will have no impact on their game whatsoever. They can still have their Shepard indoctrinated, a Reaper puppet and have the galaxy destroyed again and waste the best chance to end the cycles once and for all. That's entirely their right.
What's not their right is to ****** on our hope for a better ending, a happier ending even, like OP's wish. Wrex's comment here, I like.

Then I would try a bittersweet or darker ending and then, when I know the game in and out I would go for the perfect ending.
