Hi,

I have redeemed my procuct code for the armour/weapons that came with the digital delux version of the game.  However when I try to install it after I download it it can't detect the installed Mass Effect 2 game.  How do you get around this issue?

Steam or Origin?

I believe if you have the steam version of the game, the installer needs to be placed in the installation directory.
