Admiral because I didn't know it would be a punch. Had I know, I would have punched him. Now I can't because I can't even start the game. I'm still in depression stage.

Bash him against the floor of the normandy until the visor cracks a bit and he gets sick from exposure but not destroy the visor as not to kill him.

I know a lot of people love tali, so did I, but the quarian people are just douchebags. It broke my heart to see her take the nosedive, but her people got exactly what they deserved.
The Quarian fleet would have been a great asset for humanity, but i was not about to give up my humanity to achieve it.
I feel bad for the Quarians who didn't agree with the admirals, but if they want to define themselves as a race by committing genocide, then they suffer the consequences of thier choices.
I'm sorry, what? Gerrel is a jackass, and so is Xen, but who else? You're justifying genocide against an entire species based on a couple people being douchebags?
At least in my playthrough, Tali was agaisnt the war, and Koris was against the war, and Raan was reasonable. And you find out that the Civilian Fleet never wanted the war in the first place.
To say that every Quarian deserved to die is preposterous. If you're going to damn an entire species for the mistakes of a few of them, even some of their leaders, then you might as well just let the Reapers win - because T.I.M. clearly demonstrates that humans deserve to be wiped out, and the genophage clearly demonstrates that the Turians and Salarians deserve to be wiped out, and I'm sure you could find rationales for every other race while you're at it.
I mean, the Na*zis were terrible, but if you had the option of making peace between the Quarians and the Geth, deliberately siding with the Geth to wipe out the Quarians is the equivalent of the Allies marching into Germany and systematically executing the entire German populace.
Someone who's not a psychopath would just try to find a way to charge Gerrel and Xen with war crimes.

I didn't even know you could punch Gerrel, I'm almost 100% paragon. Only do certain Renegade options for lulz (like punching reporters)

I reloaded my save and did the paragon interrupt for her and kept that one. I actually felt sympathy for her this around.
But Admiral Gerrel, I punched him and enjoyed it. Then, I watched him die as the upgraded Geth destroyed the Quarians. Well, that part was sad, but I enjoyed punching him.

There's a good dozen people who need to be punched in the face.
If it wasn't for Victus, Wrex, Mordin, Tali, Koris, and Legion, the entire galaxy would be completely ****ed. Then again, I suppose it's good to know that there's a few people willing to take a stand.

I liked Gerrel, but punching him felt right at that moment. Wish I could punt Din Korlack though.
In the end I kinda felt bad for Din. He screwed up bad, but he was just scared.

Punched Gerrel...deserved it, if possible I probably would have shot him in the foot or something, and then repeating his same ****ty line (prior to the choice about tactics), then explained it was for insubordination and keeping my army strong.
He's a quarian, shootng him in the foot is probably nearly as bad as shooting him in the head.
