I believe that endings were not real endings. To me the Indoctrination Theory makes the most sense to me. If the current endings are the real endings, Bioware has every right to not change these endings. Based on the Indoctrination Theory, this is how I would like the ending to play out. The synonym for EMS is resolve. No matter the scenario there should be closure. I want to know who created the Reapers and what exactly were the keepers before becoming Reaper agents?
1. Destroy: Shepard gets pulled out of London rubble by squad and Anderson and head to the Citadel. Once inside meet with the "Citadel Defense Force" that we built up and never used. Fight and kill the Illusive Man and then open up the Citadel's arms. Crucible attaches and sends a signal and causes all Reapers to self-destruct. Whether Shepard survives or not depends directly on EMS. The epilogue shows a battered galaxy and Admiral Hackett ensuring to rebuild the galaxy free from Reaper threat. A scene would show what your living squadmates from all 3 games are up to and focuses on your LI. If Shepard dies, then there is a Shepard Memorial on Earth. Organics/EDI/Geth win. The galactic devastation level will be linked to your EMS.
2. Synthesis: What Reapers always wanted. If Shepard chose this option during indoctrination, it shows that the Reapers won and everyone surviving is turned into a husk and become the "Collectors" for the next cycle. Reapers win.
3. Control: Shepard will have the same fate as Saren and Illusive Man and become an indoctrinated Reaper agent. Commander Shepard gets pulled out of the rubble by the husks and starts to fight against and kill his former allies. His squadmates will see Shepard has been indoctrinated and try to convince him to fight it. Only in extremely high EMS Shepard will commit suicide rather than cause more damage. If not, Shepard will continuously hear Harbinger's orders and execute it. Reapers win.
Even though this is how ME3 ended, I am not asking for Bioware to change their ending. It is their work of art so they can choose to end it anyway they want. I know many will disagree with my point of view, but I am open to feedback.
