Login to Cerberus network error message:account currently not valid

My system specs meets and exceeds the published minimum system specs.
CPU:i5 750@3.70GHZ.Ram:8GB DRR3 Ripjaw 1600.GPU:HD6780 Hawk 1GB.Driver Version 8.950.0.0. AMD Catalyst 12.3.Sound:Realtek HD Audio.Driver:6.47.OS:Win7 64bit Professional.Directx Version:9.0c or later.
Game Version:Mass Effect Digital Deluxe Edition download (EA Origin) Ver Info: 1.0
 
Details about my problem:
I recently rebought mass effect 2 deluxe from ea after reading they have updated their origin client capability as the first time round after finding so many buggy things during install and play i had cancelled that first orer. Now i have another set of keys upon my second purchase. Everything works except login to Cerberus Network!

1.Login to Cerberus Network saw a message that says "account currently invalid."
2.I had no problem login in the first time round in my previous purchase of the same game - but then i had cancelled the order and gotten the refund from EA due to many bugs encountered the first time round. The problem occurs at my second purchase of the same game under a different key altogether during the same Cerberus Network login (perhaps there is some hidden technical problem here specific to my latter situation?). However at that time at first i had problems installing the game but later i managed to download ok and installed after updating the adobe air activation applet posted by Bioware for the awc.dll failed to load issue and here it screwed up my pc afterwards so admist the stuttering performance of my pc i tried to login t o Cerberus Network but i managed to see a account access is denied message on that screen and i tried to reboot my pc after exiting it but it crashed my whole pc. Later when i had restored everything to order, i find that recurring message account currently invalid each time i try to login to the Network ingame!All troubleshoot by EA Help Staff had failed so far.

3.This message then appears everytime i start the game and was promptly taken to the Cerberus Network login screen! I had the game as it is after install, there is no modification whatsoever on my part.I suspect it has to do with the games server sides issue rather than at the user end for my specific case I'm afraid. 

I hope Bioware can help me overcome this last step so i can start enjoying the game in all its glory! If EA and Bioware cannot help me I think no one else on earth can! Please I am desperate. Anybody, kindly attending?
