My friend actually rebound his mouse buttons to Throw/Warp/Stasis so he didn't even have to use his weapon. So much easier than having to hit 1/2/3 on the keyboard!

I have three thumb buttons on my mouse (one of them for melee), scroll in every direction (4), and middle mouse button for powers. So I use 7 hot keys on my mouse. For fourth hot key in SP I use "F".

Better to have Partial Extraction than none at all!

I've done that once before too.  Not during this event though  - my medigels were always used up during previous rounds (yeah, I'm more fodder than fighter sometimes).

Here's hoping we downed enough Brutes.  I have absolutely no idea how many I killed over the past couple days.

hahaha this post is one of the best I have seen. "I am more fodder than fighter sometimes." That is the absolutely most perfect phrase to describe me... My poor team mates. I play in a group with my best friend and husband fortunately for silver and golds so they can only complain so much. When I'm feeling bad enough I get on my infiltrator so I can stealth rez everyone and feel like I'm making it up to them rofl.

So far I've been running my Human Adept with an M-8 Avenger. I pop a singularity on like 3 enemies and throw a Warp in there to let the Biotic Explosion finish them off for a sweet chain biotic kill.

I checked back this morning at work, and saw the post was updated that we had to have data tracking enabled  in order for it to count. Looks like I won't be getting the packs for this event. Oh well there is always next time.

Just wondering.. do the Collector's Edition lets you have more special weapons in multiplayer as well?

I think I turned it off when it asked me if I wanted it on the first time I turned the game on.

I played 16, 17 and 18th and did the bronze and Silver campains.

Won many and lost a few. I was lucky to have a good group. I play as an engineer and love the Sniper and Shot gun.

The Online play is real good and I have to thank Bioware for making this weekend a lot of fun.

Thank you to the players and hope to see you again in game.

Unfortunately not, or id be already rolling with my n7 gear

Oh and such engineers are a welcome addition if they can keep their fragile asses out of firing lines

One thing I've noticed a bit in MP is people going down and almost immediately using one of their medigels. Just a few tips that I hope everyone is aware of:
1. You have time before you need to use your gel. Spam you space bar (or whatever button it happens to be) and wait to see if your team can get to you. If you went down surrounded by enemies, don't expect your team to just rush immediately in to try to revive you. That would end in more people going down.
2. Don't waste a medigel. If you team is doing a fine job and you happen to go down and they can't get to you and you know the wave is almost over with just a few enemies left, don't waste a gel you may need later on. Even if it's at the start of a lower wave, don't bother with it. If your whole team goes down on wave 3 just because one person went down, chances are you weren't gonna make it very far anyway and should regroup with a new map/enemy and try again.

Also, I hate when people medigel (or, as my team calls it, happy-gel) WHILE your reviving them. And its not like they think their about to be executed, I say over mic "I got you, ____."

But, what's worse is when you announce you're missile'ing and as you fire, someone else does too. Wasted missile!!!!!!

yup, also if you go in knowing that you'll need to keep your ammo stocked you tend to always grab some ammo anytime you walk by even if you've only fired a few rounds off.  It's just a matter of getting good habits.  I'm about ready to drop the ammo upgrade on my carnifex and go for the armor pearcing mod instead.

I had a re-spec card and re-rolled my asari adept without stasis.  It's really a death machine now. stasis cooldown is just too long now.

So if we get an N7 weapon, however this doesn't unlock N7 weapons in the packs, does this mean we get a level X weapon or a level one that we may never see an upgrade for?

I've been using one heavy pistol +200 cooldown since the demo. Its' the best way to play, ESPECIALLY on gold. Biotic explosions are more powerful than any gun you can get. You can take out 3-5 lower level enemies with one explosion.

You just blew my mind.  Maybe they'll add your unlocked N7 weapon as an unlockable, just so you can get up to X...

Getting handed X wouldn't be a problem in my book, since we only get one, and half us know we're gonna get stuck with the Hurricane ...

Probably.  All I know is I got a 50/50 to get a gun I will actually use.
