Favorite thing besides the ending, the whole rest of the series! I saw so my of my decision come back in one way or another, "hey I remember you from the Citadel a while back" and emails about Thanopsis (ha!).

The best, Commander Shepard has personality. I loved seeing grimaces, hearing hitches in femSheps voice, and the whole Kaidan romance. It was GREAT! The graphics were a little off sometimes. But my femShep ooggled Kaidans but as he walked back to the Normandy!!!! I LOVED that, she is not a robot she has needs and isn't above some oogleing. Emerrrrrgenceeeee induction port, genius. Letting Garrus think hes the better shot, saving the Krogan, peace between geth & Quarians, so much good.

It's very hard to not have that wiped away by the ending. I don't know if I can play it again knowing what's comming.

ALSO, I don't play MP, I suck at it (I play on story mode happily)and don't pay for gold. It's very wrong that I cannot get a high enough EMS to see the breathing scene. If I saw that I may not have told my husband "**** off I don't want to talk about it" when he asked about the ending. That gives hope, without that scene I am left so sad and empty.

I didn't need babies with Kaidan, but a final scene with some happiness is all I wanted. Retired on a beach somewhere holding each other and talking about the future and the people they will miss, Mordin (sniff). I worked hard to be a completion paragon(ok so I shot TIM), and I don't see that anything came from what I did at the end.

How could you get the endings of ME1 and ME2 so right but give us such a bad one for ME3?

We appreciate everyone’s feedback about Mass Effect 3 and want you to know that we are listening. Active discussions about the ending are more than welcome here, and the team will be reviewing it for feedback and responding when we can. Please note, we want to give people time to experience the game so while we can’t get into specifics right now, we will be able to address some of your questions once more people have had time to complete the game. In the meantime, we’d like to ask that you keep the non-spoiler areas of our forums and our social media channels spoiler free.

We understand there is a lot of debate on the Mass Effect 3 ending and we will be more than happy to engage in healthy discussions once more people get to experience the game. We are listening to all of your feedback.

In the meantime, let's give appreciation to Commander Shepard. Whether you loved the ME3 ending or didn't or you just have a lot of questions, he/she has given many of us some of the best adventures we have had while playing games. What was your favorite moment? :)

Whoa, whoa, whoa! You ask people to hold off on the debate because you want more people to experience the end? Is this for Spoiler reasons? Because it seems you are asking this due to spoilers contained in such a discussion,  but then ask people to give their favourite moments of the game? Which is asking for spoilers? I call Shenanigans on this.

My favourite moment would be when I used the crucible to threaten the reapers to leave or be destroyed. and saved the galaxy, and was reunited with my Sheps LI, oh wait that didn't happen because the product I bought was falsely advertised.

This really is a good point.
"Hey all, let's not spoiler anyone... But give us your favorite spoilers!"

I literally got up, went downstairs to think and get a drink, then spilled the drink going back up the stairs because I was so worried about what I was going to pick for that.

When tali answered yes to that right before legion died, i started to tear up.

Too many favourite moments. But the best and most emotional was Mordin's end. He was my favourite character and the one I most aspire to be like.

Favorite moment was whole Rannoch and Tali storyline. Wish there was more with her (or better - more with our LIs). Also I liked dialogues with her, and again, wish there was more LI-related content.

The game was great! I really don't have a favorite moment because, well, everything was my favorite moment! I loved all aspects of the game, but, is it wrong of me to say I liked it when Mordin died? ^_^ annoying salarian *cough* erm uhhh where was I...anyway, everything was great and if I HAD to pick one specific moment I would say mine was seeing Grunt walk out of the rachni filled cave spattered with blood.

That's the 99% of the game that I liked however. Once I got to the ending, it ruined it all. Completely. I'm not talking about just Mass Effect 3's replay and story. I'm talking about ALL of Mass Effect. Prior to ME3 I completed at least 10 playthroughs of 1 & 2, but I just cannot bring myself to play through them any more. I also can't bring myself to even finish my second playthrough of Mass Effect 3, knowing that it is all worthless in the end and it just...destroys everything, literally everything I've worked for over the years, just makes it not worth playing again to me. You guys made a wonderful game, and I am extremely thankful for it (as well as all of the other ME games) but the last 10 minutes of ME3 just kill it.

Thanks for listening. BioWare's interaction with the fanbase has always been one of the reasons you guys are my favorite. I have faith that this will all sort itself out...in time!

Favorite moments? Oh goodness. So much of it was good- fantastic event!

Everything with the Kaidan romance was just perfect. Absolutely outstanding.

The moment when the genophage is cured? Yeah. Beautiful, sad, and hopeful.

Watching Kalros take down a Reaper is also a favorite.

Taking down a Reaper on Rannoch.

There are so many good moments. SO. MANY.

And Commander Shepard? I'm pretty sure she's firmly cemented in as my favorite fictional character...ever. I can't even begin to fathom how awesome someone would have to be to top her.

Yelling at Legion to "PULL OVER" was a great moment. Shepard had had enough of the Reapers BS.

Very disappointed in the "endings" however, and the fact that there was no final boss.

Oh except for Marauder Shields, but I was expecting some kind of TIM Reaper boss or a Harbringer fight

I love the stories you guys tell and I respect your artistic vision but the endings were half baked. Me personally, I want you to change it because I know you guys can do a better job. I'm considering these current endings as first drafts and we your fans are your editors. Now with our feedback you can make a better ending than these first draft endings.

Other than that, if it wasn't for the endings, I would have marked down March 5th as the day when Video games can tell better twists and story and the beginning of when videogames replaced film. Like how film replaced live theatre.

Thanks for the post Chris, I have to say up until the last five minutes ME3 had been the best damn game I have ever played.

I hated you for making me watch Mordin die, I loved you for Grunt being hungry! I seemed to get something in my eye when Legion ascended, and laughed my ass off with Wrex and Grunt and the whole "Tell me something I didn't know" dialogue.

I approached that beam of light thinking "ARGHHH, THIS IS SO FERKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!" then sat with Anderson thinking "Damnit, I seem to have that thing in my eye again" and then the elevator and I won't say anymore.

You made a great game, you just didn't end it.

Oh, and by the way, you nailed Multiplayer, it is an absolute blast to play and is so much fun playing with the guys from our clan.

Cheers!

There were too many amazing moments in the game to name. Mordin, Thane, Legion and the Geth's memories, all of it was so perfect really. I loved my m!shep's long coming relationship with Kaidan...and then the end ruined it all.

The way I see it, the ending wasn't really an ending in more ways than one. So while I hate not knowing how Shepard's story concludes, the ME trilogy is still one of the absolute best gaming experiences I've had. Given a proper conclusion, it would probably be my favorite game of all time. The story, the dialog, the characters, the voice acting, the incredible soundtracks, the immersiveness of the whole universe, the massive amounts of epicness and the raw emotion (especially in the third game) are simply second to none. The awesome gameplay qualities, after that list, are just a bonus. I've played a lot of games in my time, and my favorite games have always been more about the story/narrative than the actual gameplay. Mass Effect, in my opinion, nails both of those aspects pretty much spot on.

Didn't intend to write such a bootlicking post, but I really do think the trilogy is full of awesome. I'm still a little torn on the ending, which I hated at first. Took me a while to realize that everything wasn't as obvious as it seemed, it's actually significantly more profound than it led me to believe. But I'll stay off that subject, because it seems to me that the puzzle is still missing a piece or a hundred...

But that's beside the point. My favorite moments in the series are countless, but I'm going to say the ripped and torn Shepard at the end, the dialog between her, TIM and Anderson and especially the dialog between her and Anderson as they sit down... Simply beautiful.

Then there's also, obviously, everything Wrex did through the course of all three games. Especially
- "Wrex."
- "Shepard."

Indoctrinated Conrad Verner husk would have been a better final boss than Marauder Shields, who turns into Merauder Health.

First off; finally some acknowledgement in the forums from bioware!

I want you guys at Bioware to know that i loved Mass Effect. From start till end, an amazing and immersive world I'm in love with. ME3 itself felt like a master piece up till the final charge. I wasn't satisfied with the ending so i thought i would do another play through from ME1 to ME3 with a new Shep. If my roommate hadn't told me that the endings were pretty much the same thing, I would have tore my way through all 3 games to feel like an idiot.

I want to believe that this isn't how Mass Effect will end. Despite how let down I felt by Dragon Age 2 I still have faith that you guys won't leave fans like me out in the cold.

OKAY favourite moments! :

When Legion was killed because I couldnt reconcile the quarians and geth. (maybe not favourite, but this tore me up so much that I cried) I couldnt pull the trigger even though I was a renegade Shep.

Bro moments with Garrus shootin stuff on the Presidium. (that scene needs more booze ;))

Mordin's redemption/ death scene. MORDIN FOREVER

Kai Leng smackdown.

The entire earth mission up till the final charge.

As always you guys gave us fantastic writing and character development in your games. Ionly hope you guys have something great in you sleeves to bedazzle us.

I have no problems with the ending. I think it's doing what you wanted it to do, get people frustrated about the lack of details.

Details you intend to sell to us later.

Which I might add might make people more angry, depending on how you do it.

P.S. There better be a DLC in the works to retake Omega with Aria and Wrex, or I'm making voodoo dolls of every writer and game designer, as well as a robot that will continually stab them in random spots with a needle...for eternity.

I've already started on Casey. *dabs the 5 o'clock shadow on with a fine tipped perminant marker*

98% of game is SUPER EPIC:
Drunk Tali
Missions on Tuchanka and Rannoch
Romances
Carlos (SHE RULES) vs Reaper
EDI which meets new emotions and learns how be living being.
Thane vs Kai Leng (Btw. He little sucks...)
Sacrifice of Mordin and Legion
Killing Kai Leng

But ending...
Kid-god feared that synthetics kill organic life, so created synthetics (Reapers) and created a cycle that Synthetics kill organics because they will create Synthetics, which WOULD kill organics... This is bull****, I reconciled Quarian and Geth so PEACE IS POSSIBLE.

With all due respect, but it seems to me that this is either an attempt to indoctrinate (brilliant in terms of marketing, give MANY possibilities), or you left us with the most controversial ending in history*.

*Please do not make me believe it, I believe that this isn't end.

Loved the game, on the whole I thought it was very well done. Favourite moment would probably have to be walking in on Garrus an Tali :-)

I don't think the ending was that bad, however it was a little disappointing. After 3 games, countless hours played, and 5 years, I was hoping for something a little more satisfying. It just felt a bit flat.

At the end of ME1 we'd won the battle, but had the threat of the Reapers hanging over us. I couldn't wait to see what happened next.

At the end of ME2 we had (what I thought was) an exciting cinematic of Shepard escaping the Collectors base, after an epic battle. I was on the edge of my seat.

At the end of ME3 however, we slowly limp our way to a rather dull conclusion. I was left thinking, "is that it?"

The whole game was thoroughly excellent until it took a complete left turn during the final scenes and diverged into a seemingly completely different game devoid of choice, question or closure.
