Please. This is the same tactic they use every time there's a big hubub on the boards, and nothing ever comes of it.

We have to give appreciation to Shepard? Of course we do. If we didn't appreciate and love him/her as we do, we wouldn't be as pissed about the ending as we are.Chris Priestly wrote...
We appreciate everyone’s feedback about Mass Effect 3 and want you to know that we are listening. Active discussions about the ending are more than welcome here, and the team will be reviewing it for feedback and responding when we can. Please note, we want to give people time to experience the game so while we can’t get into specifics right now, we will be able to address some of your questions once more people have had time to complete the game. In the meantime, we’d like to ask that you keep the non-spoiler areas of our forums and our social media channels spoiler free.
We understand there is a lot of debate on the Mass Effect 3 ending and we will be more than happy to engage in healthy discussions once more people get to experience the game. We are listening to all of your feedback.
In the meantime, let's give appreciation to Commander Shepard. Whether you loved the ME3 ending or didn't or you just have a lot of questions, he/she has given many of us some of the best adventures we have had while playing games. What was your favorite moment?
It is BioWare that seems to have completely discounted and is disrespecting Commander Shepard at this point by giving such a copout ending like they did. It's not profound. It's not deep. Its lazy writing and negates the entire 5 year journey that we have been on with Commander Shepard and his/her companions.

(Legion leaves to do his part)
Shep: Good luck.
Legion: Acknowledged
(later that level Shep leaves)
Legion: Good luck
Shep: Acknowledged.
It's just one word, but I just loved that Shepard says acknowledged.

My favorite scene was easily Mordin's death. It was sooo powerful; the person that wrote that deserves some sort of medal!

Now of course, I gotta talk about the ending.
A lot of theories are going around about Shepard being indoctrinated, and right now those theories are keeping me invested in the story altogether. The way Shepard's choice didn't seem to matter, the way his/her crew simply ditched him and ended up living happily ever after without him, and the way the relays just exploded no matter what you did, effectively dooming the galaxy. Star systems died. It all seems too strange, too convenient.
Just answer the question. Is this the end? Will there be more?

WHAT?! When was that? I have to know?
Drinking too many drinks at the upstairs bar in Purgatory.
*Jumps into the Normandy, flies to the Citadel with a relay.*
Oh no, wait. Everything went BOOM a minute ago...

Okay, good luck with that.

Favourite moment you say? I cannot pinpoint, there were too many good moments in the game. I'll get back to you when I decide to play Mass Effect 3 again in the future.
Why in the future? Because I can't look at Mass Effect without knowing how it won't mean anything in the end. Maybe if you find some way to fix the fact you destroyed 5 years of development in 20 minutes then yes, I'll get back to you on that, Chris. You ol' good buddy.

My favorite moments? the entire game up until the last 5 minutes up until that point it was perfect, for me the best game i had played in my life the game that was about to beat fallout 2 from the throne it had sat on for 6 years.
but no....the ending ruined it that much for me which is why i joined the petition. seriously you fix that and it is just about the best game experience i have had in my life

The final push in London was heartbreaking and filled me with the desire for revenge and salvation. EDI saying that, "they haven't destroyed our civilization nor will they" left me with tears in my eyes. Mordin's knowledge that he'd been wrong and was finally ready to accept it and change it left me speechless. Legion... well, I just wanted to hug him and all of the Geth. Overall, it was all brilliant.
Then the end came and ruined all of that. Such a shame.

The best 2-seond window of the game had to be convincing TIM to brain himself with a pistol. After all that douche-bag put me through, it was nice to watch him die, even if it might have only been a dream.
Really? Even though you did the exact same thing with Saren in ME1? That was one of the most unsatisfying things about the ending because it already fraking happened.

Favorite moments:
(Highlights in no particular order)
Grunt surviving
Everything Tuchanka
The deaths of Mordin and Thane being well written, justified and serving unquestionable purpose to the story (i.e. NOT contrived)
Killing Kai Lent
Saving David (autistic boy) at Grissom Academy
Getting little side quests by just listening
The poor old woman going senile at the citadel embassy due to the loss of her son
And of course, Conrad Vernier taking a dive to take a bullet and getting saved by Jenna
Unfortunately, despite all the joy these moments bring to think about, I am one those for whom the deep bitter after taste of the end over shadows even these awesome moments, making my favorite moment to currently be:
When I was standing in line for the midnight release imagining what might be and ignorant of what was to come.

I loved everything about ME3... but the ending. It ignores all my efforts to save the galaxy and to build a new life with my friends and my LI, after three games... so wrong! So unfair!
Another thing I didn't like about ME3 was the fact that the majority of Shepard's lines were automatic. I mean in Me1 and 2 Shepard didn't say anything without my will!
