It's probably because the game never gave any confirmation you actually met the requirements, so people are antsy to make sure they get their packs.

Give it some time and you will get your packs.
If you don't then you should've checked if you have the 'upload online feedback' option on instead of complaining.

ok so its a little after 5pm pst. its like a doctors appt, ur supposed to be seeing the dr at 3 so why wait til half 3. to the point dont say it will be up at 5pm pst if wont be cus jesus hates liers lol

Also that's a really...strange timeslot really, 5pm PST is the end of the pst workday.
Why would they distribute it at the end, ensuring issues with time/proper dispensing, than at say 5pm EST which makes it 2pm PST, ...weird, usually online games do things in the morning, 8am PST would make more sense.

Would it have mattered if I didn't have my ME3 game registered to my Bioware account during this event? I forgot to do that when I got it I was so hyped to play it (which I finally beat the game last night @_@) So I owned it for 2 weeks and forgot to register it to my Bioware account until like... an hour ago... That wont hurt my chances of getting my packs, right? please say it wont I want those packs T-T

When someone tells you 4 days ahead of time that something's going to happen at a certain time, it's not unreasonable to expect that something to happen at that time. Also, your apparent definition of crying is astonishing.

I expect nothing on time, not from a video game company where it seems their time is wildly different from what anyone's clock says, I mean it's not like they had all monday for data mining and all through today's workday to start dispensing packs right? <_<

I guess BioWare should start being way more vague about this stuff. Should have said that "the packs will appear in the store sometime after 5pm." You know, so people don't get so anxious about this and flood the forum with talking about it. Just be patient people.
