I think the premium Veteran pack is this weeks special. It gives a guaranteed 2 uncommon or betters and has a higher chance for rares.

A better question to ask is: DOES ANYONE WHO DID NOT COMPLETE THE SILVER CHALLENGE HAVE ACCESS TO THE PREMIUM VETERAN PACK?

Looks like they gave premium vet Specters old image and gave Specter one that actualy looks like its ment for a Specter

Same here, no Commendation Pack, but got a Victory Pack. I'm guessing it contained one Rare weapon/character for everyone? I got yet another upgrade for the Claymore shotgun >.< I don't even use shotguns!

not sure Premium vet sais special ... but has no time limit like the equipment pack did

The reason the Victory pack is kinda of crappy is because it is given to all people (even if they did not participate).

I don't see my commendation pack... I have the origin thing set to send data or whatever, one of the people who was in the squad I did it with told me he didn't have it either in the store. Where is my commendation pack?

Victory packs are out. Commendation packs are another story. I beat it like 10 times on silver one day and only got the victory pack.

Victory pack was a sad sad thing and had nothing of use ... in my case anyway

Community killed 1 million brutes for 3 ops survival packs, warp ammo 2, some other item I can' remember cause it sucked and a Raptor 4 to a player who firmly believes no self respecting sniper should use the raptor. -.- Can't tell if they are trolling or just didn't believe in us.

Nope just got the Locust in it and that's it (The locust is a silver/uncommon).
