Got Arc Pistol from Victory pack (meh) and N7 Valiant from Commendation pack - exactly what I wanted.

I gots the eagle... :/ yeah its an amazing pistol...but...i really needed the sniper...i already use the paladin as my main pistol so i was covered on those...

Damn... with all the outcry on the forums over the endings and the way anyone who liked the endings was insulted... I quit the forums for awhile and so missed this annoucement

I saw the Victory pack and the Commendation in the store, but couldnt access them.
I restarted ME3, but only the Commendation pack was there

I got the N7 Valiant from it.
Quite happy with that actually.
Might have prefered the N7 Hurricane, but beggers can't be choosers eh?

Well just think, the PS3 players couldn't even join in as the 'issues' Bioware is having still are not resolved.
I have quite a few PS3 friends who have a very bad taste for ME3 because of these continued 'issues' BW keeps saying they are having concerning the PS3. They feel rather ripped off as it seems nothing is being done for them. It seems if you have ME3 for PC or 360 BW tosses out the luv, if it's PS3 they just ignore you.

just lost 4000 msp worth of specter and veteran packs. what number do i call to complain or try to get a refund?

and its not BioWare thats to blame right now, trust me, its sony putting up their little safeguards that don't let 3rd party companies track ANYTHING on sony's servers.
Go after them, not BioWare.<_<

It is true as Yajuu  said  Bioware isn't to blame they had a sit down discussion with Sony  for the use of their servers but Sony wouldn't Let them because i guess they  "assume" that Bioware will corrupt their servers Yet they let Cod  and  Battlefield use them  when their well known for hackers  yet Sony is like oh yea they can do W/e they want Guaranteed   the person  Who hacked the servers on Sony   played Cod or some game that  Sony let them use So if i wer you i'd 13itch at sony   for them Refusing the  Community on PS network   Join in on operation Goliath  and any Future Game challenges that the Pc and Xb community are able to join in  That or trade in your Ps3 and  go from their i Got Rid of mine Solely beceause of Sony not Putting their Consumers first  and them being complete Douche bags  as well my middle sister Quit Sony because of  the working conditions and the mis treating  that she's been dealt with throughout the time that she worked for them... Take my advice and Yajuu's as you see fit  we are just saying  complain to Sony Not bioware we all feel your pain that you and your friends werent  able To Join in on our fun  but Bioware  added 2million xtra to the the kill count for the PS community  despite them not being able to compete in it  bioware is an awesome Game company as is EA  but imo   EA needs to  Retrofit their Servers and properly maintain them i've Seen to many Great Games  and their Servers Turn to Garbage when some people still play them  C&C Universe at war and several other titles that a majority of people still play but servers need to be maintained  and monitored  ik  i  Ranted to much lawl...

Tbh i prefered the Valiant over  the hurricane but both are great Guns i've used  the Valiant   To many times in Campain as is the same with the hurricante lawl... but   yea frankly we can't be choosers i wished that they'd let us choose which N7 weapon we get   hopefully they let us choose our next weapon between  like Assualt rifle or something idk  i hope the next challenge is gunna be fun and worth it this one was okay but imo  wasn't really worth the 1m brutes  a new character that isn't available imo  would be  Like say  one  Squad member from the  campain and make em like the bf3 character and the reckoning charecters where their pre set idk i'm just ranting lawl   but yea its what i think any way

I got the Valiant as well, sorta sucks cause in MP I lose any sort of skill with lining up a shot.

So. I haven't got my other challange pack yet. It's been few days now And i have contacted customer support 2 times already.

What hapaned?

When I was redeeming my pack the ME3 store lagged out. I restarted the game and after loging back in and opening the store the pack was gone but no items were redeemed.

No solution yet. Support has forwarded my issue to the senior support teem. I am waiting to hear back from them. So far I am very disappointed.

i know how you feel about it  i was in the same boat well Similiar i should say  but they got me my packs when i contacted them  my Advice is be patient as much as you can their working  on the issue still trying to figure out what happened  your more than likely not the only one  in this predicament  their are more than likely  others to  just be patient with them

still not had 1 of my packs the 3 guys i play with all got theres already. I know we completed at least 3 silver games maybe a whole lot more but no sign of pack.

you two need To Relax their are still people who haven't gotten their  commendation packs due to Glitches in the system itself  well Server System their Doing the best that they can to correct it and ensure that those on Xb and pc get their pacs Aslo bunker  if you didn't do it between 16-18  you wont get it  they had a time frame when it starts and when it ends which ended on monday morning  as i recall but  both of you should Contact  the bioware customer support and talk to them about this issue   they will rectify it if you guys  "did" on the right Date and time  they should know   Also  Check and See if your  "game play feedback" on ME3 is on because if it wasn't that their is your problem  to you both not getting  the packs

I have the commendation pack listed in my registered content but tehre is nowhere to access it in the Xbox menu. Haven't gotten the victory pack either...

Hehehe, Sarah... No problem, I'm not the person who get angry for a game... I'm kidding...
Think that I'm still waiting the patch for the Grissom Academy ("the italian Mass Effect bug of the century") without screaming...
I'm waiting to get a full experience by ME3 without missing anything...
My galaxy reaction is almost at 2500%! Hahaha!

you had to call  do the help support on this very website call them or do it over the internet in the ea caht room my rep was very nice and understanding
