To be fair. We also sell our games and discourage gamestop employees from wasting their money.

I realize this is an old topic however some of this is news to me. Now I don't particallary mind if the story was inspired by Wintersun's lyrics, in fact it adds to it and after reading the poetry, the metaphoracl interpritation and dialogue between the two pieces of work (the album and ME3) is quite beautiful.

However there are other things that are disturbing about using that wallpaper and stock image. I hope the artist got credit for the Stargazer image. I just find it disturbing that Bioware thinks this is acceptable. It's one thing to use stock images or devientart art for textures, materials and inspiration but another thing to just tweak it and use it for such an important part of the game. 

I just want to vote against the lack of quality on Tali.
If the artist was contacted and properly credited (which is at least the civil thing to do, whether or not you're contractly obligated) I would feel better about the Stargazer/winter space image. But I doubt any of that happened and even it did,it is still borderline. 

Sorry Bioware but I don't think I fully support these two instances.
