In your opinion. To me, R&S is utterly bland and boring. I'm fine with the ME3 endings but I would like MORE of them.

I can totally get behind Tali being a photoshoped image. I can accept Tali's base image being a stock photo, although it's kind of eye-roll inducing.

I am a little disconcerted by the poor quality ofthe photoshop job, however. Look at her knuckles, for example. Would it have been so difficult to do it right? You know, get a model from a local agency, add a little makeup, then ptotoshop the rest and add a background... seems like that could have been done by a pro in an afternoon. Still, it is a minor complaint.

The end truly and profoundly sucks.

Eh, the ME3 ending has so many parallels with other literary works. It is disingenuous to point at any one and say "There, they took it from there." It certainly has their influences, but it is ludicrous to think that the writers that came up with the rest of the series just lifted ME3's ending from something else.

Not that I like it, not at all. I hate the ending.

But, still, this is trashing their work in a way I don't like.

What the frell just does not do this growing mess justice. This game was rushed and pushed out, which sounds insane given their time to complete it but this reinforces my convictions to fight for a new ending. Any excuse for artistic high ground just went flying out the window.

I've taken a few things away from this thread.

1st: Wintersun sucks... (heh, imo)

2nd: You guys are reaching if you think they based the ending off song lyrics.

3rd: Most of you don't understand how stock images and licensing works apparently and the fact that it is OKAY. There are companies that license the use of photographs to do what you will with them. It's not stealing. Bioware is using a licensed image (also in the case of Tali). What's the problem really? The Rock Band game uses actual songs from actual artists. It is no different. Fees are paid and companies do what they will with the media. In the case of Tali's picture, why would it be better if a Bioware employee took a picture of a woman and photoshopped her to look like they wanted Tali to look. You get the same end result if you use a random picture. You just didn't see the same picture from another source. I really don't understand the crying.


I'm not trying to be an apologist, far from it, as I can't stand the endings myself. But people are just wasting time now over ridiculous stuff like this.

WHAT?!?!? Wintersun is an amazing band of epic proportions. So much awesome work in that song with the riffs/melody and ****. 

Though, I guess some people can't get over the artistic use of the harsh vocals. Everyone needs **** like hip hop now.
