Eh. I wanted Legion as my squadmate
Anyone else disappointed no Miranda as squadmate?

As much as I love Mass Effect 3, I was a little gutted at the lack of interaction with Miranda. Even Jack fans had a little time with their character. It just seems that out of all the love interests in the game, Miranda fans were left the most short changed.
have you not seen jacob or thane's romance?
all of the ME2 romances got screwed in this game -- including jack and miranda -- and your best bet is to aim for solidarity with the other character fan groups rather than playing the victim
Playing the victim? I'm just stating my experience. I agree with Jacob fans getting screwed. But short of some cure being found (which personally I was hoping for), Thane's days were always numbered. Even knowing that, it was still hard to take when it came. But then it did a lot to build the Kai Leng character in the game.

Ok, a stupid thing to say when FemShep is brought into the equation. I was viewing from the male Shepard playthrough. The likes of Liara, Ashley and Tali return (Tali fans have the best of it with an appearance/squadmate role over all 3 games). Jack has a pretty crappy amount of time and Miranda is basically reduced to a few cut scenes.

If I had my way, my Shepard would have used their Spectre Authority to grant everyone from the Cerberus ship pardons (like you can do with ken and Gabby at the Spectre terminal) and added Vega, EDI, Javik and the VS to that ground team so I could have dream pairings.
I think the implication with Miranda is that Cerberus is the problem more than the Alliance. Even if you did pardon her it wouldn't help her deal with TIM and her father.

No, I didnt like Miranda. I was more mad about Legion, and Thane.
Maybe I missed something in the scene the first time, but I really don't get why Legion actually had to die for the Geth to evolve. I was prepared for Thane to go, but I'd have much rather he hadn't. When I saw him at the hospital, I thought a mission for a cure could spring up. But Kai B*****d Leng put an end to that hope.
Kai Leng was an excellent enemy character though, but it felt good when I stuck him like a pig!
