Hello, I have a problem with my PC verision of ME3. The video options is bugged - I can only see some basic video settings like resolution and shadows on/off.
I can't find options for higher resolutions textures and such, currently the texture seems to be on "atari 2600" setting and I would like to change that.
Please help.

I'm not sure if this post is satirical, but just in case it isn't:
The option menu isn't bugged - it's just they're the only options available in-game. There's a MassEffect3Config.exe in the Mass Effect 3/Binaries folder, which allows you to set some more options, but texture resolution is not one of them.
Perhaps you could post a picture of the textures you're getting in-game?

I think I accidentally bought the console version for my PC and managed to install it somehow. That's the only explanation I can understand. Considering I can have better texture resolutions in Minecraft.
