So, i was out for a while.
Is bioware dead or still breathing? Can we save it or all hope is lost?
Is Casey drunk or smth?
So many questions...

I was dissapointed but full of hope - now I just mad, and mocked.
Feels like idiot.

Wanna do something in ME world before or during ME3 event?
With this end - PLAY THIS YOURSELF,
Wish you good time, becouse I will not even look at the box.

Wanna make more money? Fix your mistekes first.

If this is the best Bioware can come up with these days, they REALLY need to get their act together <_<

Hopes crushed. They actually thought this godchild thing was a good idea.

I know, right? I wouldn't have minded if it was indoctrination, a lot better than a derpy starchild who contradicts itself, synthetics and organics can't make peace, I just did with the Geth and Quarians.

Your mistake is believing the peace is everlasting and that there is no possibility for the Geth,or some other synthetic, to take on organics.

Who's to say an organic race doesn't do the exact same thing to other organic races? Krogan would have probably wiped out the galaxy if the genophage wasn't created. And before that, the Rachni would have annihilated the entire galaxy. If the Protheans survived they would have enslaved humans, turians, etc.

Saying that synthetics would eventually wipe out the galaxy is a really poor idea.

If Bioware fixes the endings via DLC...even if i have to pay for it...it will be the last Bioware product i ever buy...but i'll at least "consider" purchasing something developed by Bioware down the line.

If they don't fix the ending...well...ME3 will have been the last Bioware product I ever bought, and I will do my part in letting everyone around me know that they're no longer a company that deserves the trust of its fanbase.

This is a crushing blow to this fanbase that really grew to love this franchise...and to have it end this way is just a giant middle finger to (most) of us. Well done Bioware...you took arguably the video game trilogy of the DECADE and destroyed it with the final 5 minutes. You wanted your endings remembered? You got it...this will go down as the biggest ending failure in video game history.

"Lots of speculation from everyone"

Apparently this speaks volumes, doesn't it?

Yea, it says: This way we will not have to come up with an explanation for this mess ourselfes and have more time to make useless MP content and mobile games...

I don't know about the rest of you but i don't even want a fix anymore. I just want a full refund.

I already canceled my SWTOR account.

I guess my good memories of Neverwinter Nights had kept me afloat all these years.

So wait, this wasn't a rushed or incomplete ending? People thought this really was a good idea? That this was the way for characters built up for five years should go out?

The ending is perfectly serviceable, except for the confusing Joker thing. Yeah, I can sort of infer what was going on, but there's a scene obviously missing there. The whole bleak ending is very in keeping with the theme of the game, which is trying to escape a stunlock the Reapers have on the galaxy at any cost. The Catalyst's explanation is fine, I doubt Shepard really gave a damn at that point, she just wanted to finish it before she bled to death. It's enough to pick up on, if you think about it.

It's just the Joker/Squadmate thing that starts to poke holes everywhere and get people into supercritical mode. That scene should have been removed as long as they were cutting. It links to the Stargazer scene with the moons, but that scene stands on it's own and confirms that life continues in a galaxy free of Reaper stunlock.

That and somehow a decent Mass Effect ending requires Dragon Age/Jade Empire/KOTOR/Fallout ending tiles explaining exactly how everyone's lifes went after the game. The other two Mass Effects didn't have it, there is no "tradition" to be followed. The fact that you care so much about these characters, and wonder about their fates shows that Bioware did at least something right here.

So totally emailing this to Forbes and other gaming sites. Hope this App enjoys the press it's gonna get.

Forbes is like my hero now. Even thought their a economist magazine they seem to be getting the message. Don't screw with your customers. Be interesting if they start to make their own Gaming Magazine.

The sad part is that they had a BETTER ending not only PLANNED, but PARTIALLY RECORDED.

WHAT.

I feel like I've just been raped by a cactus. And then had to eat the cactus.

And that would still be a better ending than Mass Effect 3.

I had faith. Consider this faith ruined. Shelving my ME series in the 'never play again' box. I can't bring it upon myself to return then and let someone else go through this pain.

It was a good run guys.

Wow, really Bioware?

No replay value.

I should go replay ME1 & ME2 for the 5th time and try to forget ME3 happened.

Can't even play ME1 or 2 anymore.  The entire series has been tainted. :(

I would be completely content if Casey Hudson and Mac Walters never had anything to do with the gaming industry ever again.

However there's a very minuscule chance of me ever buying from BioWare again anyway, so oh well.
