$3 for an app that showcases their galactic middle finger of "**** you".
Hahah. Yep. Not only do they basically tell us to ****** off, you have to pay $3 for the privilege.
To quote Yahtzee:
"There is no middle finger big enough!"

Mac, your 'lots of speculation' makes Ron Moore's 'it's the characters, stupid' shower vision start to appear genuinely insightful.
Just got back from trading in one of my two copies. I bought The Witcher 2; should be OK. First copy will remain here for a few weeks as I watch BioWare's reaction and gauge their willingness to fix this colossal mistake of theirs.
Regardless, I won't be picking up TOR as I had planned on doing this weekend and if I do decide to try out Dragon Age I won't be supporting the company with a purchase.
Save yourself the money and don't get SWTOR. It's great for like a week, but has no endgame at all. And last time I was on the servers were dying so it was only getting worse.
Wow, JeffZero returning the game. These are dark days indeed.
Well, one of them, anyway. We'll see what happens to the second copy.

And what annoys me the most is that they have been parading the "player choices matter!!1" crap in our faces since day one, and it all comes down to 3 stupid, crappy endings that mostly differ in the color of the "space magic" light....lol, and they call it artistic vision? Bull****. Those endings were rushed and just downright terrible.
Remember that blog Mac posted? About it not being about the destinartion, but the journey? Well, that amazing, epic and emotional journey just stopped in a crappy wall.

I'm not sure how Casey thought we wouldn't be interested in learning wtf the Reapers are. All I'm getting from this glimpse of them scrapping the dialogue wheel with the StarChild is:
"We just exist, and we want you to destroy you because you can't handle AI's in the future."
Uh. What? That's just having a bad guy for the sake of having a bad guy. No purpose, no history, no gratifying undertanding of WHY the Reapers were hell-bent on destroying advanced life.
That's pathetic. I'm glad to know at least the writers had it right the first time. Too bad it got scrapped. What the sh!t.
It's even worse to know that their original idea was the good one. That's like marking the correct answer on a test and then going for the wrong one. It's a FAIL, especially if the question was easy to answer and you overcomplicated things.

What a letdown. I would have bought it if it had said that the Reapers came out of another AI uprising that went a little bit too far and the current state of the galaxy is the result and that they're doing what they're doing to simply preserve themselves.
They just tried to go way too far with the whole "We reapers are completely incomprehensible", then tried to make something that actually was incomprehensible. Hopefully no baddies use that tagline again.

Does anyone else feel insulted that we were expected to pay to find out this information?!
This is a supplemental "making of" kind of thing that you really don't see with other series. I don't see the problem with it being something someone sells.

Holy crap, that was/would have been the best scene in the series. Lol at "too long for the moment." This, and the ending as a whole, show that they have lost touch with the fanbase.Abisco wrote...
They discuss the dialogue for anderson they cut as well. Everyone on their team liked it but Casey said it was "too long for the moment".
