This is a message I've sent to both Chris and another empolyee over 48 hours ago and I've still not gotten a reply.
I've omitted some of the personal details, so if someone is in a position to help me out, I'll happily send them the full message.
Hi mate, I've not used my account in awhile and upon trying to reactivate it yesterday, i had to request a new password under the email address which i initially registered.
Anyway, i got an email to change my password and upon completion, i had to enter a new user handle for the Bioware forums [the one i'm currently using].
My old account and the account i want back is also under this email address
i dunno why it allowed 2 users from the same email address, but now i can only sign in under this new account, which means i can no longer use the account which has all my other games registered under.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
