When Shepard is talking with Liara about "Glyph"  

When you select "The Information Drone"

Liara in the subtitles says "It's name is Glyph" (basically, she says "It is name is Glyph" when it should be "Its name is Glyph")

Just thought I would point that out, If i notice any more mistakes in the subs I'll post back here
