There's one for male characters, too.
Er, that lets you be king, that is. No mods to let your male character be a queen, yet. Sorry.

Personally, after going through EVERY possible route you can take at the Landsmeet and exploring what happens afterwards, I can say without a doubt that hardened Alistair is a much better person, and better ruler, than Anora.
Anora just cries and cries and cries and basically says "NO, YOU'RE BEING UNREASONABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and throws a tantrum cause she doesn't get her way.
Alistair cries too, but he at least generally wishes you luck afterwards and says he's going to make the best of it to try and do as much good for Ferelden as he can.

If you do it right before the Landsmeet, it shouldn't really matter, but I'd be concerned if you were also going for a race/background-dependent ending of some sort, as well.
Oh, and Anora "throws a tantrum" because she thinks that she's likely headed for the chopping block.

I thought he'd storm off never to be seen again? Or does he just leave your party and return for the celebrations later?SarEnyaDor wrote...
Forgive is a stong word ... he *says* he's not angry... but his tone is a bit snarky for me to believe that.

If you make Anora queen, spare Loghain and let her execute Alistair, he doesn't really throw a tantrum. He takes it like a man(if hardened anyway). It's actually quite similar to Loghain's "execution".
Anora is on the verge of tears and incoherent yelling.
Anyway, I can't say that I have a save for "post-coronation" where I spared Loghain and made Alistair rule alone or with Anora. I have one for directly after the Landsmeet, but quite frankly I don't feel like running through the final battle right now just to find out.
Maybe later, there's other scenarios I'm testing I'm right now.
I think he is around, just can't remember what he tells you.

Why, oh why would you die and let Loghain live????
Just to see what happens. Plus, I find it really hard to hate Loghain, dispite all the bad he does. Simon Templeman's voice work is just so incredibly awesome, I can't hate him. I just can't.

What he said. I don't really hate Loghain either, he genuinely thought he was doing the right thing and loved his country. He just went about it in a really retarded way.
The only characters I truly despise are Uldred, Anora and Harrowmont. Uldred because he's plain evil, Anora because she's incredibly power hungry, throws tantrums and is utterly inept at running a country in wartime. Harrowmont is because he's so blindly wrapped up in tradition and overall stupidity that he doesn't realize he's driving his people into an extremely deep hole. The difference between him and Loghain is that Loghain had good reason to be paranoid of the Orleasians, Harrowmont is just a blind idiot whose almost as power hungry as Anora.

I think one male queen (Alistair) is enough, no?

I don't think Loghain had anything to do with Howe murdering the human noble's family, however. That was all 100% Howe, as far as I can tell.
Mm, maybe, but at the very least, if you're playing a human noble, Loghain can't possibly be unaware of Howe's actions - since you and Duncan report Howe's betrayal of the Couslands upon you arrival in Ostagar - and he not only acknowledges Howe as teyrn of Highever, but also makes him arl of Denerim and generally trusts him.
So at the very least, Loghain condones what Howe did to your family. It's very possible that, just like how he paid Jowan to poison Arl Eamon, Loghain supported Howe's takeover of Highever so that Teyrn Bryce wouldn't be around to oppose him.
