Hi All:   I dont understand this, my 1st 3 characters I made for ME3 have all the dlc weapons, dog and armor/casual but now after those 3 I not getting anything, is this a bug?   I check my email, no weapons or armor.   But when I started this game everything worked but now no

Found out if I not online I dont get to use any of my dlc When I play online I get alot of lag from internet so hopefully this be fixed
