Honestly I believe the ending music is one of the biggest indicators something is wrong with the end hence indoctrination. Just listen to it:www.youtube.com/watch .The abrupt end and distorted music is an indicator that something is not right at the end. Especially since you see the normandy blow up when the music distorts. I think this is the biggest indicator that was left by bioware. It obviously meant to alarm you that something is ****ed up.
