What else, if anything, ended this badly?

A.I. was pretty bad, but still kept to the theme, I thought, even if it was totally unrelated to the story.
Contact (the movie) didn't do the book justice, but again kept to the theme.
If Saving Private Ryan had ended the way Inglorious Bas*ards did, that might be on the same scale of the fail that was ME3.

I legitimately can't think of anything I've personally experienced that's ended worse in comparison to its general quality. Things like the Matrix Trilogy were slipping in quality all the way to the end, so you kind of saw the bad ending coming. The Mass Effect 3 ending was like a kick in the quad.

I am going to try to answer your childish and incoherent rant as best I can.
So because we are passionate enough about this game serious to come here and talk about why we did not like the ending, and usually in a much more adult manner than what you just did, we are not fans of the game? In fact, I would say that we are some of the most ardent and passionate fans of the Mass Effect serious because we come here and voice our discontent. If we were not fans and did not care, we simply would not bother.

Star Wars Episode III doesn't count, because the prequels were all terrible from the very beginning. Firefly doesn't count, because that didn't have an ending, as it was cancelled mid-season.

I'd say a kick in the nads. From behind. Without warning. By a person wearing a pointy shoe.

What? Too soon?
A lot of the stuff being suggested wasn't as bad as ME3.
Shows like Firefly & Sarah Connor Chronicles I will excuse as they got axed so didn't have the chance to wrap up properly.
Fallout 3 (pre BS), KOTOR 2, Neverwinter 2, all provided us with some sort of epilogues to other characters and the world.
Lost and BSG provided some degree of closure for characters
Enterprise was pretty bad , also killed off a much loved character for no good reason but although the presentation of the episode was awful (The holodeck nonsense), it did at least lead to a coherent end with the birth of the Federation.
Mass Effect 3 we got nothing A nonsense ending that created massive plotholes, bore no relation to the rest of the series and no closure. That's before we even get into the broken promises.

Ultima IX. Origin was bought by EA and they had to rush it through horrible ending. Avatar ends up 'ascending' into a beam of light and a wave of blue energy goes across the land to stop the Guardian destroying Britannia and its inhabitants.
So basically EA indoctrinates good RPG publishers and makes them ship out junk.
Ending:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZt_UTfVSak
Wave of energy:
Well that ending sounds horrifyingly familiar.

With Mass Effect 3 you have higher expectations, just like how I had higher expectations for Dragon Age 2. Dragon Age 2 was a solid game with solid mechanics, addicting enough gameplay, and a story with some thought in it. But it didn't stand up to Origins. And Mass Effect 3's ending, even if decent by other games' standards, completely destroyed the story of Mass Effect.
Judging purely on the endings, there are others, but judging based on how the endings match up to and affect the overall story, I can't think of any.

When Babylon Five thought it was over (end of season four) they aired a really horrible episode called 'The Deconstruction of Falling Stars'. It had similar 'everything we accomplished was futile' vibe to it.
Thank god they got another season.

It's not so easy, but I really don't see a point in listing Fallout 3 here. You knew what you had achieved and how it would benefit the Capital Wasteland. And that benefit would be meaningful in the future, with or without you.

And really, Godfather 3 - as terrible as it was - doesn't end in a manner that's particularly different from 2. Michael's been consumed by the lifestyle he once wished to have nothing to do with, and it cost him everything he really cared about. 3 just had a few more specifics.
