There is a graphic glitch on the Shuttle Bay of the Normandy.  If you head right up to the two shipmates at the end of the Bay, turn around and walk back to the lift there is a 'smear graphics' glitch around the middle left hand side.

It's not as serious as some bugs but its still quite annoying.
