Well Shepard survived it, so maybe they could too. I thought it meant they get vaporized, like the soldiers on earth with low assets

If Liara and Garrus die and there is no way to save them then I would be even more mad at Bioware because they are my two favorite characters and they die for no reason!

And that even puts more plotholes in the Normandy crash thing

I don't get it.
What's so great about this cutscene?
The game is angsty enough as it is, the last thing it needs it's even MORE doom & gloom.
Sad moments can add alot to a story - when they come in moderation, but when a story is full to bursting with them, it moves into the tragedy category - which i'm sure that some people like, but only some. I certainly don't.

Agreed...I'm actually fine with assuming they somehow lived by means of Joker's cowardice :P

Seriously Bioware, this would have been a great part of a great emotional and poignant ending...

Not the **** we got...

WHY WOULD YOU CUT THIS?!!

i think the fact that these scenes where made and taken out, with that fact that everything after makes no sense only proves that they may have wanted the last 10 minutes to be a dream, but i still believe if thats true they needed to continue the game after the credits.

I guess I'll be taking Javik and James. You guys have been riding the bench for the whole game. Time for your turn to shine. ;)

James and EDI you're up.

Sorry Joker but EDI won't actually die if her body blows up so it's all good.

This wouldve been fine if it were part of a low EMS ending, or am I the only one who did an ME2 playthrough just to have everyone die during the suicide mission?

Ok... note to self:  if any ending DLC appears, don't bring your favorite squadmates to the final push.

I chose Garrus and Javik to take with me if they died seeing how the endings turned out and the whole getting hit by a reaper beam and what not. Left Liara alive and well back at FOB.

K0M154R actually your crew mates don't go back to the Normandy. There is no way to get back to it as Cortez's ship is down and there are no shuttles. They all stay at the FOB or go elswhere to help in the final battle to get to the conduit energy beam to the citadel.

I took Javik along for that part and he showed up at the normandy's crash scene, so its all good. Unless the indoctrination/hallucination theory is true, then I don't know what to say

Yeah there was no way for them all to get back to the Normandy so frankly I'm disregarding the whole Normandy in hyperspace jump and everyone is on board.

This is gonna be taken down for copyright soon, but I'm glad I got to see it. Yeah, that would have been a good idea to include in the game since it would make a lot of sense. I remember thinking of switching out my standard squad incase something like that would happen, but Javik and Garrus had my back the entire game and it would have been a disservice to not bring them with me. I'm still waiting at the bar, Garrus.

Chris that's the idea. That's what I did. Javik and Garrus. Though taking James along also was an option lol.

Ok, so when Bioware finally gets around to fixing the Import/Facecode issue I'll make sure to take EDI and Tali! Thanks guys!

Well, there's your proof. The ending was just lazy and unfinished. No indoctrination, no deeper meaning. Just plain bad.

Prolly for lower EMS, that cutscene.

Anyhoo it isn't complete. Expressions and hands were out of place, Shepard didn't make anatomical sense and common sense in his reaction.

Yup, that would be a better explanation than them teleporting on me, or being blasted into orbit apparently.

Theres quite a few scenes that were cut that were quite powerfull, like the whole dialogue with Anderson in the end, that should never have been cut.
