Okay, I went to register my copy of ME3, and it told me that my BSN account is not the same one that is linked to my gamer tag. The thing is, I have only ever made one BSN account. What did I do wrong and is this fixable?
Why can't I register my ME3?

Message me your gamertag and we can try to figure out. Most likely you have two EA Origin accounts. BSN doesn't technically have accounts, we use the Origin, formerly EA, account system to authenticate users. Most likely your other account was created using your Xbox gamertag email address.
