I kept seeing all those "Edit: blah blah swearing"... I thought people were being funny typing that themselves =_= I didn't think they were actually swearing <.< This fight has been so civil up until now, let's not waste all our efforts.

To be fair a lot of us weren't trashing them and were trying to keep it civil. I don't know who thought that BW had released that app, but obviously they want to correct that. And I think that those who want these matters kept civil won't mind if there's a lockout due to idiots who don't know how to hold their tongues.

Bit heavy handed to lock out the entire forum because of a few bad apples. Honestly, the way Bioware has been handling this is a PR disaster. They've managed to destroy so much goodwill this past week.

Casey Hudson's a pretty attractive guy. It's unfortunate that he decided to go down the lame, cop out path of creating an ending to stir up "speculation". Didn't they say they *wouldn't* do that? Utter. Frelling. Garbage. Mass Effect wasn't a serious about speculating the end. It was always firm and you knew where you stood. This is ridiculous and just poor directorial decisions.

A writer for the ME3 game left to another project and released information he used during development as part of a iOS app called The Final Hour for ME3. 

These images were posted in the Story/Character spoiler forum and are copied written so Chris locked the forum to remove the offending materials. 

However while they were up these images as well as other information in the app goes into some (not all) detail how the ending were crafted, which given the communities current mood didn't sit well with the community and fustrations were boiling over.

This lead to posts that violated the forum rules which also had to be removed.

Now we have a locked section of the forums.

While Casey seems to be the bad guy in terms of ruining the ending, I think the wikipedia editing is childish. Certainly not helping the situation by resorting to personal attacks.
