its because they are losing a handle on the fan base. The hate is just building as more people complete the game.. I don't expect the forums to get better; but worse over the next 7-14 days..

That's fair enough, if it's true. 

When editing a post I made earlier it had a lot more coarse language than I thought (I tend to get very passionate) - the editor starred out my naughty words so I took the hint and used less flowery language.  Point taken.

If I have sworn since, I am very sorry and if the mods want to slap my wrist I will take it with good grace.  No I am not being faceteous or mocking - I'm being serious.

The only thing I don't like about this is the use of the "devil" smiley.  Was it really neccessary?

You seem confused, Geoff Keighley was never involved with making any Mass Effect games. He's a video game journalist that followed the team during production to make a behind the scenes featurette.

I have to agree. It is one thing to disagree with the writer's idea, but it is certainly another one to employ childish personal attacks.

Haha looks like someone has edited it out.

And yeah, while it did make me chuckle I don't necessarily agree with it in the long term...but it does show just how much ire has been stoked.

At least it's not as bad as with MGS with Kojima receiving death threats after MGS3 unless he concluded the series chronologically.

Actually, he did sticky it pretty quickly (the ire-provoking thread)...  but things looked like they were getting out of hand.

What did you expect? When you treat your loyal fan-base like BW is actually doing... Even me who always try to stay calm, was just beyond furious when i saw the "Mass Effect 3: Final Hours" subject! Fortunately, i've calmed down since, but... Well i just hope BW act quickly because outburst are gonna happen more and more as time passes.

True indeed, but with how many of us are feeling right now... I can't say a really good laugh didn't help calm me down ^^" 

It was childish but at least they didn't write anything really offensive >.< it could have been worse... a lot worse >.<
