He stated that bioware had nothing to do with the app. While some people were pissed that they had to spend money to be let down. The anger was not the app, the anger was that they've been lead on by members of Bioware on twitter over the past day.

The ending wasnt some big evil plot, it was planned to be as we have received it (even had somethings removed which made it slightly less plot-hole esq)

Of course people got angry, this is something a lot of people have put thing into, and yes some have reacted poorly. I can say this however... i have never seen any gaming forums locked down like was done today.

Unless we rate the game to 0, i think the damage has been done on that front. Last i checked, it was hovering at 4.9 to 3.4 on out of 10 on metacritic or 2.5 out of 5 on amazon. That fight's been fought and won!

Yeah he's right. Too bad that's not the argument, and that the symbolism of paying to be slapped in the face remains.

By lashing out you've just blown the one thing we had from the community and world respectively: pity. We were being cast as the underdogs, and then you're all blowing the image of all of us apart! Bioware tactics or not, we're losing our assets the more you all keep giving out aggression to the devs.

Keep this civil, or we lose everything. If you really were here for the sake of ME3's future, and you aren't just jumping on the hate wagon for giggles, then you should know that yelling is only making us LOSE ground. We want to win, we need to hold our ground and keep our civility.

I wasn't insulting but if the app is true, right hold the line and everything, but didn't they expect this rage after promising "closure" and the most important, didn't they see the plot "HOLES" at those endings?

We're still here. With the leak of information though it pushed a lot of peoplle over the edge, and some people broke past the line.

I am really disappointed to see people snap and become unpleasant. We were doing so much better than that and it's stupid and only going to make people look worse. The offenders should personally apologize those they insulted and recant their statements.

Well apparently BioWare has gotten the message loud and clear about the ending , they have said as much and they also said they are reviewing it but want to give folks some time to finish the game. I think there will be something done with EMS and it's ties to MP in the SP game . There is a good chance a new ending will be added as well, so keep it civil folks.

I own the game, but for 'technical' reasons, I can't post in certain forums until I go through some pain in the ass trial of registering, changing file accounts, etc. Every other gaming forum I have signed up for gives me free reign in each thread. Only Bioware tries to limit fan feedback by making forums exclusive. WTF.

What do I think about ME3 characters? I don't even get the chance to say despite BUYING a legal copy. Pathetic.

1) I agree it's not cool insulting devs. Things got out of hand with good reason though.

It was real unfortunately, it was the writers' notes, which the app maker (SpikeTV) got from BioWare in an interview after the game went gold.

All I've said was that I'm peacefully boycotting Bioware products unless they fix this. I get locked out.

I have all rights to not give my money to a company that treats it's comsumers like this. I'm letting them know that they lost a customer due to this, it pushed me over the edge.
