ok i have tried to log out, deleting my cache and logging back in and it still didnt work so if anyone has any ideas this one doesnt work

Priestly locked down the entire ME3 Forum so people would stop cursing and complaining about an app of some sort. He says once everyone has seen that he'll reopen them.

You might want to have an ENTIRELY seperate sticky post (probably by Chris) that makes it easier to see that something is going on. Currently, Chris' post for locking that forum down is tacked onto the end of a lengthy thread that many currently expect in that forum and will likely miss it. That, or a stickie in this forum.

App controversy did I miss something?

Hey I looked at the thread that is causing the controversy. Apparently there is a ME3 Final Hours App and some quotes about the end have some people riled up.

I didn't look through all 50 pages but aparently they decided the last conversation with Star Child needed to be vague and left up to speculation.

Also that Mr. Hudson stated that any DLC would most likely be before the game takes place or during.

My guess people looked at said quotes and got a tad too bit angry.

When you close the forum like that, would you please post a sticky at the top of the page or something?  One post like that is impossible to find in the mountain of threads that are in the forum... even on a normal day.  Now consider that ME3 has released AND that there is something controversial going on (the ending).  Hard to find one post like that.

In the future, if you want us to see it, please make a sticky.  I didn't see any of the things Priestly was talking about.  I'm not saying they didn't happen/he's lying... what I am saying is that if I didn't, and I didn't know about the lock, I'd be pretty damn confused as to why I went from being able to post one minute, to being locked the next.

EDIT:  Thanks for sticky in this forum:  I hadn't thought of that.  Also stickied in the other forum too; thank you.  I'm not sure if the tools allow you to do this, but it might behoove you to put Chris' post at the top of that thread in the other forum (much like you guys do with the SWTOR threads when they surpass your magic 1000 post limit) so it is right at the top.  Like I said, really nitpicking with that, but it might help get the word out.

Thanks very much.  I know you guys have definitely been getting worked over here because of Mass Effect 3, deservedly so, but I also know you've gotten some abuse that has definitely NOT been warranted.

In this instance, you acted quickly and appropriately so, for what it is worth, I say again, well done.  I appreciate it.
