Does anyone know if this is possible? I can only seem to get 1 character into a mod at a time, or how to atleast get them into the toolset to make cutscenes with? i have no clue.

Assuming we're talking about a new module (not the OC), you start with one party member - the player. So, to get a bigger party, you need to place some creatures and script them to join the party.

A cutscene is easier - just place some creatures and build a cutscene around them, as explained in the wiki.
