I'm starting to feel a little helpless here.

Way back when I first bought mass effect 2, I got way too excited and attached all my mass effect 2 and dragon age entitlements to this bioware social account, which is older than dirt.

The problem is, the email associated with the account no longer works. It became defunct when the ISP that provided the address was bought by another company.

This means that I can't properly link an Origin / EA online account to this one firmly enough to gain access to the goodies I would have liked.

I also can't change the email adress associated with this account, because that requires going through profile.ea.com, which has literally (and I know that word is overused, but here it is used in its original meaning) told me nothing but 'system error, please try again later' any time I have tried logging on. Which happens irregularly every month or so because I get frustrated and quit. I have tried using macs and PCs. I have tried using internet explorer, firefox, safari, chrome and opera. If it's a problem on my end, I have no idea what it is.

I also can't post on the EA forums, because the Origin account tentatively linked to this one can do nothing, including posting on the forums, until I verify the email address currently attached to it - which is not possible, since that address is, as stated, defunct.

I have found no other way of communicating with EA. No telephone number. No email addresses. No chatrooms. Just the generic troubleshooting database (which doesn't seem to provide the answer to my question) and the forums (where I can't find an answer, and am unable to post a request for help due to the aforementioned unverified status of my email address)

So in closing, is there some other way of changing what email address is associated with this bioware social account? Or, alternatively, some way of 'reclaiming' the codes so I can attach them to a different, working account?

Thanks in advance.
