Hello  you all.

First I wish you will  forgive my bad english skills,  my only  excuse  being it is not my  country langage, school is far away  in time  and I don't practice it every day.

I have been a fan of yours since 1996,  when I  tried  Baldur gate. The first  game  who made me play  once from 4pm to 6am thinking it have been just 1 hour (I know, I know...). Record broken   with Mass effect 3. I  will let you guess it, since you like  the guesses  games.

As  one of your passionate fans I just wanted to tell you that you have  broken my heart. In real life.
I would have never believed  anyone  if  I had been told this would  happen to me  when 41 years old...Never too late to  learn I suppose...
I had  so  much faith in your talent, in your way of nailing  every little hints and tips in each games.
Specially in Mass effect series. All these hours,  this passion,  this involvement in  the stories... the dreams...
Feeling the need to share  the wonders of this serie  to every  friends I cross, even  annoying them with my endless  chants of the best game ever...Hours to play  again and again the  game with never being tired.
I even hoped about a movie Mass effect, wondering for hours who would be each character...I had even imagined a double movie to be sure  the fem shepard and the male shepard  all feel  happy to see their  heroes in flesh.

Being  "disquieted" by the ending of the  third and supposed  last opus of  the  symphonie  of  games...is not the worst.

But making jokes   about the reactions of your fans on the ending etc.... I would never   have  expected from  you guys...How could you? What happened? if you are under  non disclosure agrement about the  company decisions it is ok, just let  us know that  your hands have been  forced...That you lacked time ,  that you  had to  release this game  unfinished due to some contracted dates etc... We would understand you know?
We know that gaming business is not only made to please people  but also to make money ...
At last  don't joke  with our  sadeness because  you know , actually I'm not the  only one to feel betrayed.
If you  feel sad about the violent  Shielding, just tell us. We also know what it is to  feel sad, not understood or ignored. 
But you  certainly  also know that people wouldn't react  as hard as they are actually if they  wasn't care.

It is  not just about the mass effect 3 story. It is about  betrayal. You had us  used  to  your work at your best (except some  glitches in codes where my shepard   do a 180° with her  head  lol) then what do you want us to await  from you?
As one of your  fans, I'm  scared.
Scared that  in fact  all of you just  don't give a  s..t about  what we   feel or like about your  artwork.
Scared that  you are just  some good technicians doing their  job   for the pay and  forgetting  everything  else after closing the  office door ...
A fan that is scared that it have been a one way only love all along...

If  you think that maybe  it is  over reacting for just  some details in a game, know that when  there is art involved, there is also emotions. You have created emotions with your work, and you could be all proud of  it. Sure thing this.
But  remember that if you are where you are now it is because  many    fans like  me have  supported you all around the world,  in buying your games,  sharing in fanfictions,   artworks and forums your   games, making them  known   to people who  wouldn't  in  other  places.
Some of us even bought  mugs, weapon replicas, shirts hoodies, everything  possible to show   how proud  we were    about your game.
We, your fans, believed in you. And it is why,  now, that we  are  making  havoc  because of  the issues you   already know  and will find on the forum in spoiler allowed places.

Please don't use the classical  conflict  disarming : "recognise the  anger,  try to  go to a pleasant   and neutral subject to close the  discussion" way like,  saying: " we read, we  understand you are not ok,  but  we will speak later and  what you think about the game "strange smiley"."

It  is  cool to say  this but  the  feeling of betrayal won't be erased by  nice words,  flowers and  chocolate box:  only  acts will  be a proper  way to fix  things. If you like us (notice I don't  hope   about  love anymore)  your fans,  just show it  with actions. Just do like Shepard: don't  say it ,  grab the collar and  give a kiss. Fix the stuff in game please. Don't abandon us there. Give us hope.
If you need we battle for  you can fix  things cause the decision is  not yours anymore just let us know.
You should know that the fans are stronger than they seem. 
Just have faith in your fans,  listen to them.
Because  we  want   to keep faith in you guys. You have been awesome so far  please  continue.

I know  some people will laught  at me because  I poured my heart here and probably  have made a lot of mistakes. And maybe all for nothing but it is ok.

These  were the words of one of your  sincere fans that  don't want to  give up hope.
