OK - honest response... it only bothers me a little when I'm playing as a Krogan and someone snipes the thing I'm winding up a melee on - need the melee kills for the Rage. Pretty much the same deal on Vorcha.... or as a BatGaurd winding up a Falcon punch, though that has no detriment to the character losing that kill - it's like -50 style points damnit.
... otherwise, whatever.

I don't mind if people 'steal' my kills, but I try not to do this to others, because I know it can easily feel like somebody snatched some sort of an imaginary prize from you...

It doesnt bother me, we are all in the same boat, but if someone intentionally follows me around, interupting my detonations when i play a detonation based class, they are only hindering the pace of the team, then it bothers me. other than that, we are all getting the same experience, same money, same E-peen growth in the end of the match, if kill stealing is ap roblem for you, use better gear, simple as that

I really don't care about it, it's ok to kill everything as fast as you can as long as it does no harm to the team and you don't waste time. It bothers me when I need the kills to fuel Bloodlust/Rage/Shields or when the "thief" does useless things such as wasting a Javelin shot to snipe a darkchanneled trooper with 1 bar of health left. Headshot for you, yay, you're so cool.

there is no such thing as kill stealing in this game...
its kill assurance
you get the points for the damage in which you do to the target
if you have skills dependent on kills to activate, you should kill faster
if someone if going for a grab and the head of the target explodes, you should grab faster
I rather a dead enemy and completion of the mission for my credits than worrying if you are astute enough to kill that enemy and then get shot in the back.
go back to playing whatever game you came from.

If you see a vorcha about to kill something, let the vorcha kill that thing. That aids kill assurance.
