Everything done by anyone on a map benefits to everyone at the end since everyone get the same XP/cash. The only factor that's important is time it takes to complete, so if someone kills faster than you, you should be grateful, not pissed about it
Killstealing - Does it really bother you?

No.
Everything is shared so there is nothing to steal except e-peen flexing at the score board, which is something I don't care about.

People who go out of thier way to kill steal by breaking co-operation annoy me.
By this I mean people, usually duos because you can't really do this on your own, that deliberately go to an area that has worse protection than the area you're telling them to go to, so you can't get any points. Because their area is crap they'll eventually be overrun and taken down, whereas if they stuck with us they'd have survived.

'Kill stealing' doesn't bother me, I don't think it even exists in this co-op game. I've never complained about it, nor heard anyone else complain in Mass Effect. You get individual points on a scoreboard, but it just gives you bragging rights in the match right? In my opinion the team comes first. Someone kills the guy I was shooting, fine, sometimes I even hold off that last bullet so they can get that gratifying last shot. Concentrated fire is also the best way to take down enemies fast (especially big targets).
If I think a team member needs help, I'll fire on their target, and I always help a Vangaurd on clean up when I'm a Sentinel or something. I'd hope my team does the same for me when I'm charging around as a Vanguard. I brose em and they finish them. What matters is getting the job done and getting the team through. If everyone works together, you get better rewards. Heck, if I see a team member drop getting to them becomes my top priority unless things are really bad and I just can't. And if a team member is doing an objective, I actually do cover them.
If you want to complain about a team issue, try not getting to the extraction point. That one guy who decides he wants to go Rambo and just run around in the last few minutes instead of being with the other three team members at extraction. Bye-bye full extraction bonus.

Depends, If it happens a few times, np. But it does annoy me when they take EVERY kill, I need exp too you know.

most of the time its kill helping, but i played enough matches to see when someone runs around trying to kill every single enemy and be number 1 in the scores. And you can clearly notice when that player has more than 20k points than the #2 person.
it doesn't bother me on gold, but on silver and bronze it IS something that gets on my nerves slightly when someone tries THAT HARD to be top in points every single game. If he is not, he quits the team.

7+ pages, too long to read, certain some allready said the same thing but here goes.
I'm all about team work, at least I try to be.
So no problem if I'm pounding on an enemy and a teammate catches up and happens to be the one to deliever the final blow. I believe I've been ahead of teammates with more kills than me on the final score due to more assissts.
What does bother me is the lurking around and waiting for me to empty my clip/powers and then finish the enemy with a single shot yourself.

QFT. It's a funny saying, yes, but it's funny because it's true.
I get upset about things that actually hurt the team, like when I see people jealously guarding their own lives and letting a teammate bleed out when there was a chance to revive them. Or those players who refuse to ever get in the &*@%*@* hacking circle for even a little while, I'm sure you've all seen those ones... but I'm not bothered by kill helping.

I don't mind the kill steals myself, as my N7 rating is nearing the 400 mark I just play as a support role no matter what class my character is. I will go kill crazy if the team is struggling or a team mate is in trouble and about to get swamped, I usually bring a black widow or the M37 to a game and can do back up and kills quite....

Not really, and I think the concept itself is completely ridiculous.
If you're on a team, you should be working as a team. Too many times have I stopped shooting at a guy so my teammate can take the kill, only for my teammate to get killed first by said guy. You never know how much health someone has and even so you're supposed to be working together anyway. Now I just try and fire on enemies but if he was almost dead I'll let my teammate deliver the finishing blow if he was there first.
However I will say that if someone is running around by themselves and has 10000 more points than the #2 guy, well... it'd be nice for everyone else if he would slow down.
I've always said the same thing in any online shooter co-op or not and it's pretty ridiculous.

Only bothers me when I get 98% of an Atlas/Banshee/Prime down, and the vanguard comes and biotic charges it.

I can care less about "kill stealing". What does annoy me is when people try to pad a nonexistent kill counter and don't attempt to do objectives.

The points side of a kill-steal, I don't care about. The sheer frustration of starting a heavy melee, then having my target's head explode? That's annoying. That and the people who seem to run halfway across the map to kill this one guy I was setting up a shot at.

I am supprised to see that it can possibly an issue to anyone. As far as I'm concerned - when someone kills something, that something won't kill me. I ME3 there is one simple rule: you see it - you kill it, it doesn't matter if anyone else is shooting at it.
Points don't matter.

Who cares? All xp/credits are totaled and shared to everyone, so who gets the final bullet in the enemy that takes it down shouldn't be an issue for a TEAM.

I think its more annoying when I've setup something at that time, but really, its not a big deal or anything for me. A kill is a kill either way, I'm not losing any points in the game and that's one bad guy less in the round I have to worry about.

Kill Stealing doesn't bother me all to much unless its those kids who try to take the finishing blow but they hide in the back of the map with a widow and they don't revive downed team mates those KSers ****** me off.
