Right now, we still gotta hold the line, with all the negative press start coming down on Bioware/EA, along with falling prices on ME3, EA will force Bioware to make a DLC to fix this mess (unless they want to see one of the super cashcow (Mass Effect) went down the drain because of inept story writting and the fury that comes after it, or Bioware have something that they haven't annouce yet (which is still possible).

But anyway, we just gotta hold the line until April 6th, after the Pax East forum, then we will know what to do afterward...

Here's hoping for the best...

Pretty much what everyone is hoping. Bioware is gonna come out and say "O HAI HERE'S THE REAL ENDING TROLOLOLOLOLOLO" Then we'll all rageface, then laugh, then cry, empty our wallets and finish ME3 again. BEST END Y/N?

I'm gonna hold the line no matter what. If it comes to nothing; so be it. I'll know that I kept on fighting for a story/universe I believe in, like Commander Shepard and everyone else would do. Hold the Line.

This.

It is simple.  Either Bioware is involved in the most epic troll in history or they have made a terrible mistake.  Either way, IT DOESN'T MATTER.  Our choices are simple: hold the line, or don't.  If they are trolling us, then we will have a different ending.  If they made a mistake, then we carry on calling for a new one.  We will be upset either way, but our course forward should not deviate.  Everyone must decide for him/herself if they are in this fight.

Hope will only be gone when Bioware/EA says: "This is it.  No new endings."  Even then, hope may not vanish.  There appear to be some very talented people on these forums; perhaps a mod, a story, or a comic could be created.  Hope will only die when you let it.  Be Commander Shepard.  Keep fighting.

Hold the line.

I would love to turn the greed of EA into our favor for once, like forcing Bioware to fix this so they don't lose money.

I will hold the line, however my faith in bioware right now is minimal. I think if we hold the line continually we will get to them and they will realize they made a huge mistake.

I already have hope. I destroyed the Reapers, my crew crash landed on a lovely tropical paradise and thanks to high EMS my Shepard survived to breathe another day.

Hold the Line!

The only hope is headcannon, because it doesn't look like Bioware's MO to actually take action on this.

While I still have hope, the sad fact is that the game is ruined for many people already and many have traded it in already and won't ever look back. This kinda reminds me of a scenario where a car company is debating whether they should recall a defective car that has a rare chance to blow up and kill people or write that off as acceptable losses. Many of the loyal fans are 'dead' already in this scenario, more possibly to follow...and they could keep it as it is or do something to fix it. Either way it still caused casualties. It's damage control at this point.

Yeah that rambled a bit, but just thoughts.

Yea but to me, that damage control is enough.

“You all know the mission, and what is at stake.

I have come to trust each of you with my life -- but I have also heard murmurs of discontent. I share your concerns.

We are trained for cyber warfare; we would be legends, but the forums might get locked. Glory in battle is not our way!

Think of our heroes; Forbes, who rally our hearts with editorials. Or Gamefront, who have our backs against their profit margin!

These giants do not seem to give us solace here, but they are not all that we are.

Before the forums, there was the game. Before the game, there were PLAYERS!

Our influence stopped the Fallout 3 ending, but before that we held the line!

Our influence created money for kids, but before that, we held the line!

Our influence will stop THE COLORS OF RED, BLUE, AND GREEN; in the battle today, we will hold the line!

I'm not even kidding, this ending has sent me in to a depression.

I have been bummed almost a full week due to this ending, so, hell yes I'm gonna hold the line. My favorite series of all time does not just go out like that. Even if they refuse me, refuse us, our ending. I will not accept it. I refuse to acknowledge that "ending" as any more than it really is, crap.

I will Hold the Line.

If the rage dies for a second, there's no chance to get anything. Not that it's likely anyone gets anything anyway. But the rage dying is a guarantee that these endings stay locked in.

I've been a Bioware fan for a long time. Bioware's marketing straddles the border between subtly lying and outright lying, so I woudln't buy their promises at this point if they explicitly said "We have post-ending DLC that address exactly what each ending means and ties up every NPC subplot with an epilogue."
