I'm honestly not very intrigued by anything in that list. If we're talking something that is solid metal and would be mounted on a wall or placed on a trophy stand.... then I'll take anything. That'd be so crazy awesome. I suppose I would go with the Javelin or the Graal Shotgun(with the bayonett modification attached xD).
But in all honesty, I personally think some of the most beautiful guns in the game are ones you didn't mention like the classic Viper Sniper Rifle, and Vidicator Assault Rifle from ME1. Or perhaps the new Mattock Assault Rile, and Incisor Sniper Rifle strictly from ME3. Or the ME2 Widow Sniper Rifle.
But like I said, if this a solid, lifesize trophy, I'll probably buy it regardless of what weapon you choose, assuming the price isn't obsene. Sorry I typed a novel... :3

Honestly, I'd love to see the Prothean particle rifle I'd Drop serious Cash for that.
But since that's not on the list, Javelin seriously Cool looking Geth Technology.

Out of all those opinions I'd say the Javelin. Its such a cool weapon.

But to be honest I rather have a pistol like the M -3 Predator or M-6 Carnifex. Those weapons scream classic Mass Effect.

Hmmm... this is a very difficult choice.

If you put a gun against my head and force me to decide... I would have to go with the Disciple Shotgun followed closely by the Javelin Sniper Rifle
