of the choices presented I would choose the scorpion, but most of the my choices aren't listed such as the M-13 raptor and M-29 incisor sniper rifles, any carnifax pistol variant, the M-5 phalanx, and any of the geth weapons (so maybe the Javelin is also included in the list) also the black widow

I would definately choose the Valkyrie Assault Rifle. Its size and elegance, as well as its powerful two-shot bursts, made it my favorite weapon of the game. It has been by my side since the moment I acquired it in the game, and was a powerful weapon, effective against almost all sorts of defenses.
