I always liked the Geth weapons...In this case, the Javelin.
If I had my way, Geth Shotgun ^.^

I can't remember if I got the Falcon rifle on first playthrough. It's not a CE item, is it? I used Argus till I got Mattock, used it all the way to the end.

If I had to choose from what I know on the list, I guess Valkyrie since it looks cool. As far as looks go though, a lot of the weapons look awesome in ME3.
