Hurricane SMG hands down, as much as i don't use it in game it is a nice looking gun.

javelin Sniper Rifle
On a side note, please hear me out, i choose this over valkyrie because its the only gun on the list that looks cool when replicated. but the valkyrie has the 'N7' logo and feel, which the Javelin doesn't, this in turn, in my opinion, loses the feel of an ME 3 weapon replica.
