I am having a similar issue... each page change usually logs me out. Have to re-log in. Annoying.

I've been having this on and off for a while now. If I turn off Link Scanner in AVG the site works for a while, but today every time I click on a link I am logged out and have to log back in again. Very annoying to say the least

We have not been able to reproduce this issue with IE8 - can you please provide the following:
* OS version
* any virus scanners/firewalls in place
* any extra browser addons/plugins you have installed
* any error messages that appear
Thanks.

I get the same problem. If I log in and select the 'keep me logged in' tick box, rvery time I go to a new page I get logged out. If I login but leave the tick box, I seem to be able to navigate the site fine until I leave it again. It was working fine last week, only recently its suddenly started acting up. I've not changed anything since then, no new softwart or updates that I've installed.
Using windows 7, IE8, AVG anti virus 9, Spy bot search and destroy, no browser plugins or anything and no error message, just get logged out each new page.

Stense: does it still happen if you whitelist this site in your AVG and spybot programs?

Unticking the "remember me" checkbox fixed this problem for me.

The website isn't being blocked by AVG or spybot, its not on any blacklist and my firewall (just basic windows 7 firewall) isn't blocking it either.

I've gathered a Fiddler2 session, navigating from forums to album, being logged out.
immediate result is that there's a spelling error in the headers "Cneonction: close"
same for request for images, "nnCoection: close"
Also, invalid requests starting with /%22http:// regarding moofacebox
I'll be happy to mail the archive, but not fond of exposing my cookies to the public internet

I have the same issue. Almost each time I change page I have to re-login. Seems like the login cookie may be expiring within a few seconds of login or something maybe?

FWIW, I also tried deleting all cookies from social.bioware.com to see if there was a funky cookie messing things up, then logged in anew. Made no difference....5 page changes later I'm back to persona non grata

We just deployed a change that reduced the lifetime on the site session cookies. This *might* improve things, since from everything we've encountered, this is a problem with ie8 or adware deciding our cookies are malware.
Please post if you are still experiencing the problem after logging in again.

I'm still having the problem, and I am using firefox as described previously.
Thanks for continuing to look into this. It's frustrating trying to track down this kind of thing!

Jesse, I do not think that this is a browswer or adware issue.
I tried logging in from my ipod touch, using safari, and the same thing happened to me on that platform. The only things the two platforms have in common are my social bioware account, and my isp (hughes net).
Hope it helps to track down this very frustrating issue.
Cheers,
Craig

I too am still having the problem (IE8 default settings, no plugins other than Flash, Silverlight and Java on Win 7 64-bit, running Microsoft Security Essentials). Even if I turn MSE off and/or greenlight social.bioware.com on the Safe list, I still have the problem.
