I just played a multiplayer game and noticed I was getting Pyromaniac starting at 1, then Recruit... checked my accomplishments after the game and they're all gone. Apparently XBox users have had recent issues with this, but I can't find anything about the PC.
I've had video card issues that have crashed the game several times in the last couple of days, but I don't see how that would cause the problem. My single-player saves are all alive and well. Any thoughts? I'm not generally concerned with this stuff, but if I do a second playthrough knowing what I've done gives me an idea of what I can do differently.

bump. Also have a friend who lost all his MP gear and unlocked races, curious about that one too.

I too have lost my accomplishments on the PC, but last night I had lost power while loading MP.. so Im wondering if that was my cause

Same thing over here.
Last night, when I was playing multiplayer, first Origin crashed kicking me out of the game and right after that my PC showed me a bluescreen. After I rebooted and restartet the game, I noticed, that I was making progress with some accomplishments I already had unlocked. When I checked my accomplishments, I realized that they were all gone.
When I searched the forums I found that this also happend with Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2, but I still could not find a solution to bring them back. It is really a shame, that a game crash seems to erase all accomplishments in all three games. I do not want to manually edit my profile to bring them back and I also do not want to backup my profile each time I get a new accomplishment. Would be nice to actually get some feedback from a Bioware tech on how to fix this and how to prevent this.

Okay, since there does not seem to be any progress or feedback regarding this issue, I just started re-earning all accomplishments, but as it looks, I can not get all of them back, like e.g. "Almost there" or "Peak Condition". The counter states level 15/15 respective level 20/20 for online multiplayer characters, but still I did not get the accomplishment. Does this mean, I have to start from scratch with a blank profile to get all accomplishments again? It would be really nice to get some official feedback regarding this issue! At least, if this is a known issue and if we can expect that there will be done something about this!
