Earlier, I had an EA rep transfer my Mass Effect 3 content to this account from my Origin account (
http://social.biowar...ge/account-help) . Initially, the BSN still wouldn't allow me to register the game here, but a few moments ago it all of the sudden decided it was going to work for me. The new product code the representative gave me worked on the EA website, but unfortunately, Origin still won't allow me to activate the game. The merge appeared to be successful, as the game appeared under this account's library in Origin, but it's still giving me the message stated in the thread title regardless of the account I try to use to activate it. I had attempted to resolve this issue with the rep I was speaking to, but the answers (if you can even call them that) were, to say the least, completely unhelpful.
Any ideas of how to rectify this? Is this something that takes time to take effect, or do I need to contact EA Support again?
