 So I am just starting my second playthrough and had a few questions. If I miss a mod during a mission will it be available in a store? I see mods in the store so I'm not sure. Also, I picked up a gun I already had and it gave me 3 levels (2-4) and then one I upgraded went from 6-8. How does that work? Do I still need to purchase upgrades from Normandy terminal?
