This doesn't help anything really. Paragon actions are more likely to get gamers what they want here.

I wonder what % of those reviews were actually intelligent sounding.

Its all because of the endings, which is stupid in my opinion, even though the endings were awful, i still love the game

Yep, and I'm one of those reviews. It killed me to do it because I loved 99% of this great game. But the endings killed the whole experience for me. It wasn't what we were promised and is not acceptable.

This is only going to harm the people working at BioWare.

Take a look at what happened to Obsidian:

I don't see why not. If a consumer is unhappy with a product, they should let the manufacturer know, or else you continue to get bad products. Thats how it should work. This idea that when you are upset with something and complain, that makes you a whiner is bad for businesses, and bad for the products consumers get. So, by all means, complain if you're unhappy with it, it's your right.

Not really. Only money talk to them, and if they start loosing it, and everything suggests that in week 2 there will be HUGE drop in sales (the same way as it was with DA2 - only positive reviews, but it was due to players opinion about the game), they will have to listen.

Mass Effect 3 has a meta of 94, 2 points less than ME2's amazing 96.

- Just for the record, what happened to Obsidian is one of the dumbest things I have ever seen from the gaming industry. Day 1 DLC >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Metacritic affecting someone's ability to put food on the table.

I'm one of the reviewers as well. I laid out the pros and cons of the game but if you played the entire series through then the ending is game/series breaking.  A series predicated on choice that turns out to be anything but true except for the last three and your EMS

New Vegas wasn't bad at all..

But promising a metascare is a pretty silly move imho.

Most reviews are trending down, the more people play /finsh, we see it here new users loging in with the "WTF ending topics"

They have really made a mess of a good thing, how many of us feel like this

"All of this written by the biggest Bioware fan you could have previously ever met. I have played every
Bioware game since Baldur’s Gate. Honestly I feel irritated and let
down, maybe it’s time I take Bioware down from that pedestal."

Still not sure why they looked at this ending as a good idea........  :(

I liked New Vegas too, played the poo out of it, bought all of the DLC, so I don't see much of a problem. They got my money. If anyone is to blame for them not getting a bonus, it;s their bosses who bribed them with the meta score.

The last impression is the impression remembered... Surprised the rating is so high in retrospect.

And they wonder why people are calling them entitled brats. Hm. I wonder. It's dumb that they give the game as a whole a score like that.

And DA2 has 82. Who cares about proffesional reviewers opinions after that?

And BTW, Fallout New Vegas has much better sales than any Mass Effect.

I know, right? We all know how many positive intelligent reviews have been floating around lately. I am surprised Mensa hasn't been scouting.

Please..... everyone knows that most consumer reviews are worthless reads. Its usually about a dozen POd people who created 30 user names each.
