When I finished the game, after the credits rolled and the epilogue played the game came back and said I could continue with DLC, etc. After pressing the A button as it asks I get a back screen that never goes anywhere.
I also can not import this now finished ME 3 game into a new game to do a second play through.
I do not see any other topics about this problem, so I wonder if there is something I need to try to finx the issue.

Anyone have a fix? I really would hate to have to put in another 40+ hours just to be able to get a new game + to work.

I have experienced the same. After the final scene finishes, it tells that I completed the game, I press the A button, but nothing happens after that. Just an endless black screen.

It seems to be effecting the ps3 and PC version as well because I found threads in their forums about the same bug.
