Ok so Oghren does not always appear when he should that much is clear.  If you get all the way to Branka before you meet him then the game breaks with him talking but no Oghren in your team.  

Is there any work being done to fix Oghren?

There's enough posts about Oghren being broken now ... can anything be done?
